South African Police has announced offered a reward of $8.2k for the arrest of two men who robbed SABC TV reporter, Vuyu Mvoko while reporting live in Johannesburg.
The incident took place on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 as a gang of two robbed the journalist who was about to go on air outside the Milpark Hospital while he was waiting on the arrival of Zambia’s President, Edgar Lungu, who came to the hospital for a test.
According to South African police, who confirmed that the men took laptops and mobile phones from Mvoko, a cash reward of $8.2k is in place for any genuine information that will lead to the arrest of the robbers that attacked the SABA TV journalist who is equally a contributing editor with South Africa Broadcasting Corporation (SABC).
